1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.
• Returns are accepted only for defective or wrong items delivered.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products (including e-liquids, pods, and disposable vapes) cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used vape products
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards or promotional items

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect products. To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product photos and order details.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for returning products are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
